A fee that is fair in Kraków is not fair in London. Cities sit in one of three tiers, and every city in a tier costs the same. Verify is flat everywhere — a visit costs a visit.

Your Insidoor runs the whole search: shortlist, viewings, negotiation in the local language, lease review, handover and keys.

Everything in Starter, and your Insidoor stays until the admin that follows a move is done — bank, SIM, registration, utilities, healthcare, schools.

Insidoor collects the full fee when you book and holds it. Your Insidoor's half is released only as each milestone is completed, which is what keeps the job finished rather than started.

Why does the price depend on the city?
Because rents and the effort behind a search do. A fee that is fair in Kraków is not fair in London. We group cities into three tiers and publish the fee for each, so you know the number before you start.
Is the fee really fixed?
Yes. The fee is set by Insidoor and published before you book. There is no commission on your rent, no percentage of the lease, and no success fee on top.
When do you take the money?
Insidoor collects the full fee at booking and holds it. Your Insidoor's share is released only as milestones are completed — viewings delivered, lease signed, setup complete.
What happens if the search doesn't work out?
Milestones that were not delivered were not paid out. Contact us and we will either rematch you or refund the unreleased portion of your fee.
Do you take a cut of my rent or deposit?
No. Your rent and deposit go to your landlord, not through Insidoor. We are paid by you, once, at the published fee.
