Become an Insidoor

You already know the city. Get paid for it.

People move to your city every week and have no idea which streets to avoid, which landlords ask for six months up front, or which listing is a scam. You do. Insidoor pays you half of every fee to put that to work.

What you earn

Half of every fee, released as you deliver.

Insidoor collects the full fee from the client at booking and holds it. Your half is released as each milestone is completed. The platform's half covers payments, support, and bringing you the client.

50%of every fee, on every plan — published, not negotiated per job.
$25for a Verify visit — an afternoon's work, in any city.
$250$950per full relocation, depending on the plan and your city's tier.

Tier B · big cities$25$325$725

Your share of a client's fee, before any tax you owe locally. Insidoor covers the payment fees and the client support out of its half.

The bar

What we need from you

The whole product is that a real local actually shows up. That only works if the bar stays where it is, even when opening a new city would be faster without it.

Three years on the ground

You have lived in the city for at least three years. Not visited — lived. You know which streets are loud on a Friday and which landlords ask for six months up front.

A verified ID

Every Insidoor is ID-verified before taking work. Your profile shows your languages, response time and completion rate to every client who is matched with you.

You go in person

The whole product is that someone actually shows up. Viewings are visited, walkthroughs are filmed, and handovers happen with you in the room.

You work in English

Clients are matched to you in English, and you negotiate for them in the local language. Any further languages you speak widen the clients we can send you.

Two levels

Start as a Scout. Grow into full relocations.

The vetting bar is the same for both. The difference is scope — and what you can earn from a single client.

Scouts

Handle Verify checks and viewings — fast eyes on the ground.

A Scout is who you want when you have found a place yourself and need someone to go and look at it this week.

Insidoors

Run full Starter and Premium relocations, end to end.

An Insidoor takes the whole move: the search, the negotiation, the lease, and on Premium everything that follows it.

Questions from Insidoors

What do I earn?

Half of every fee. Insidoor collects the full amount at booking and releases your share as you complete milestones — the platform's half covers payments, support and finding you the client.

Do I need to be a licensed agent?

No. You need at least three years living in the city, a verified ID, and the willingness to actually go and look at places. Local licensing rules still apply to you where your city has them.

How much time does it take?

A Verify visit is an afternoon. A Starter relocation is typically spread over two to four weeks. You choose what you take on, and your response time and completion rate are public — so take on what you can finish.

Your city, your knowledge, your half of the fee.

Tell us where you live, how long you've been there and what you speak. If it's a fit, we'll take you through verification.
